This is an interview I did with a friend of mine who is a long time student of Alice Bailey and who wanted to interview me relative to Esoteric Astrology and what exactly that Astrological Perspective is. I was happy to do it as an exercise generating some clear thought on the subject.

Pluto in Aquarius – The Global Spiritual & Psychological Implications

Pluto in Aquarius, the destroyer, has entered the lesser burning ground to prepare the way for The Pouring forth of the Waters of Life. The Aquarian Labor of Hercules: The Cleansing of the Augean stables has begun! Esoteric Astrology – Sacred and Non-Sacred Planets and Veils

Lately I’ve been giving a lot of thought to understanding just what are the Astrological Veils and why certain non-sacred planets veil. We are told that the following planets are non-sacred: Earth, Moon, Mars, Pluto and the Sun, and veil the three sacred planets: Uranus, Neptune and Vulcan. Pluto – The Transition From Capricorn To Aquarius

I’ve been thinking a bit about the effects of the transition of Pluto in Capricorn to Pluto in Aquarius and I believe we can already somewhat see some of the signs. 1) Pluto is a planet of both power and the power to transform. It is a destroyer. It destroys not by smashing with a hammer, but by going down deeply into situations and lifting hidden things up into the light of day so that they are seen for what they are and can be transformed. This “power” aspect of its energy “empowers” whatever it touches. Good as well as bad structures. It is like electricity which is neutral and will power up any machine good or bad. Essentially it stimulates the life at the center of whatever it touches and forces it to grow and evolve despite itself. This tends to initially overstimulate the bad outer aspects and which eventually blow themselves apart. When these bad structures are institutions or corporations or governments or people they tend to get cocky and overreach and expose some of their more nefarious hidden agendas. Astrology of Ezekiel & Why It Has Absolutely Nothing to Do With UFOs

The increasingly prevalent Urban Legend that the first chapter of Ezekiel is an example of a UFO sighting has become a pet peeve of mine. It has been a staple of the Ancient Aliens and Christian Ufology TV shows and Podcasts for years. But now, one increasingly hears it mentioned on mainstream news by Bible Belt Congressman who are being interviewed about the recent Congressional hearings on UFOs or the Navy’s acknowledgement that it experiences frequent UAP/UFO incursions into its air space. As someone with some understanding of classical spiritual texts, Kabbala and astrology I find this theory both amusing and also moderately annoying. This article will attempt to explain why Ezekiel has absolutely nothing to do with UFOs. Hopefully this article will dispel some of the nonsense around the subject by showing that Ezekiel is a spiritual teaching that uses symbol and allegory to teach its message. Thoughts on Astrological Cycles, the USA, and War

This article started as an investigation of astrological cycles relating to the birth horoscope of the United States in an effort to develop “historical proofs” for the Tibetan (Djwhal Khul, D.K.) Master of the Wisdom’s statement that the USA has a Gemini Sun with Aquarius Rising (Destiny of the Nations by Alice Bailey, pg. 51-52 & 82-83). It evolved into an historical analysis proving the efficacy of Astrology and the the role played by Uranus and Pluto in the psychology of the USA and world events, with implications for the upcoming period between now (Mar. 24, 2022) and 2036. Astrologers conventionally cast the United States Natal chart using the July 4, 1776 signing of the Declaration of Independence for the birth date. But this date produces a Natal Sun in the sign Cancer and is in conflict with D.K.’s statement of a Gemini sun, implying that July 4th is not the correct “Birth Date”. However, those with an historical understanding of the period can find better and more esoterically valid dates. This author finds the period of June 7-11, 1776 to be very interesting. MILAB Analysis – Testing the Theory that All Alien Abductions are MILAB

This article has absolutely nothing to do with iPhemeris software and is simply a side interest. The attached paper is a little thought experiment undertaken to test the Military Abduction (MILAB) assertion, which states that all people reporting having been abducted by aliens are actually being abducted by some government entity as part of some disinformation campaign purportedly to hide the fact that we have some kind of top secret technology. The people making this assertion refer to these as Military Abductions or MILAB. The reasons given for why any government would use the very technology it is trying to hide to conduct highly illegal operations and which are far more likely to have exactly the opposite effect and expose said technology, are never very clear. Personally, this writer has always found the MILAB assertion to be rather illogical not to mention insulting and disrespectful to the thousands of people worldwide who are reporting these extremely traumatic events. I believe the abductees and what they say and know several personally. iPhemeris Now Covers 7700 Years (4700BC – 2995 AD)

iPhemeris has now been extended to cover a date range of 7700 years from 4700 AD to 2995 BC and also has gotten dramatically smaller in size on disk. We accomplished this by adopting the Swiss Ephemeris which has excellent data compression and which also makes it fairly easy to add additional asteroids and hypothetical bodies with minimal impact to the size of the App. iPhemeris formerly used our own version of the JPL Ephemeris (DE 431) but this was very large and additional asteroids only made it more so. We therefore considered that as the Swiss Ephemeris had the same underlying JPL DE 431 data quality but much, much better data compression we might as well switch. We decided we preferred to add features than to spend time working on data compression. By simply adopting Swiss Ephemeris we can now offer many more astronomical bodies and hypotheticals but with a substantial reduction in App sizes on device. This will have major benefits for the iOS versions of the App. Thank you Astrodienst for your work!
