iPhemeris LLC software, regardless of platform (macOS and iOS) does not collect any personal information for any reason about our users.

1. Any personal information which a user enters during the process of calculating a horoscope and which may include name, date and time of birth, as well as the associated latitude and longitude, is stored in a database that remains on the device or within Apple Inc iCloud servers and neither iPhemeris LLC or its staff have any access to that data, and neither do we ever copy any of it or send any of it to any server controlled or accessible by us.
2. If in the course of setting up a horoscope you allow iPhemeris software to access your location, that data (latitude and longitude) is used only for the purposes of calculating a horoscope for that location.
3. If, when calculating horoscope for a specific location, it is necessary to send location data to a remote server for the purposes of finding the time zone in effect at that location, then only latitude, longitude and date for which the effective time zone is required is transmitted. No personally identifiable data is included with requests for time zone data.

iPhemeris LLC software is interested only in the business of making the best astrology software we can and has no interest whatsoever in using or exploiting our customers personal data or any data our customers enter into the horoscope database.
